Service from Milena (who hails from Bulgaria), at afternoon High Tea was first class. She is a great communicator who is customer service focussed and a genuinely nice person. She is one for you to endeavour to keep on the payroll and train her for alternative roles in the hotel.

Some of the seating could be more comfortable- chairs too big and lacking in proper support.

Would just like to express my thanks for a wonderful afternoon. My sister and I were reliving childhood memories of Christmas at the hotel. We had the most wonderful afternoon tea. All the food on offer was delicious and the service was second to none. I have to say having had afternoon tea at most of Edinburgh's top hotels but this outstripped them all. I have no hesitation in saying we will no longer consider going anywhere else in future and look forward to a return visit in the new year. Pleas pass my comments to your staff and thank them for making our afternoon so enjoyable

Gave a score of 10 would be higher if the score system allowed . Had amazing time for my Husbands surprise 30th we were treated very well and all staff members were incredibly pleasant we are Planning to return for My 30th in January 2013. Well worth staying was fabulous :)
